*** AS A REGISTERED BIDDER, YOUR CREDIT CARD MUST BE CURRENT AND VALID BEFORE BIDDING ***

WINNER If you win the item, you will receive notification via email stating you are the winner, accompanied by a tax invoice.

*** A PAID IN FULL invoice must be presented upon collection accompanied with a current Drivers Licence in the name of the winning bidder - NO EXCEPTIONS ***

PAYMENT

WITHIN 48 HOURS

CREDIT CARDS THAT WERE NOT HONOURED IN THIS SALE WILL BE CHARGED A FEE.

Your credit card payment will be deducted immediately and you will be issued with a paid invoice. The exception to this is:

• Your credit card is over limit or out of date.
• Your credit card has been identified as cancelled, lost, or stolen.

IF YOUR CREDIT CARD FAILED TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN THIS SALE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THE NOMINATED NAB ACCOUNT ON YOUR INVOICE. THIS PAYMENT MUST BE CLEARED FUNDS BY FRIDAY AND YOU MUST SEND TVA A BANK NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT.

6.2 False or Misleading Conduct

a. It is illegal to use a false name with an invalid or stolen credit card or to make bids. We intend to refer fraudulent users to the police and to your Internet Service Provider.
b. You may be sued for any losses suffered by any person arising out of any bid manipulation or illegal action.
c. If your credit card balance is insufficient to meet all money due to us, then in addition to all other remedies available to TVA under the Users Agreement, we may immediately institute proceedings against you for any amount owing to any person.

American Express Credit cards are not accepted. Refer to the bottom of the www.tva.net.au website to find out what credit cards are accepted. You will be required to enter your credit card details when you first register to bid.

To register a bid you must first login to the TVA ONLINE secure site using your USERNAME & PASSWORD.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Users Agreement is governed by and will be construed according to the laws of Australia. TVA and you are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and in general Tasmania.
